Congratulations on switching to smart and sustainable business cards. We are happy to host you with our product and aim to provide you with the finest services. We would be happy to listen to your reviews and satisfy you with every purchase. While our product promises the highest quality and latest features, we seek our customer interest in every alteration we make.

 

Our whole team puts in every effort to give you the finest experience during the complete transaction and even after the sale. We are happy to offer you the help that you require during your purchase. There are certain policies and procedures that we follow.

Returns

We do not allow refunds on any order. We only accept product returns for a replacement if any of the following conditions are met:


– We require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number to be eligible for a return.

Acceptable Return Details

1. Incorrect Order Received

If the products you received differ significantly from the products you ordered (e.g. different name or branding)

2. Damages and issues

If a product is faulty, your order will be replaced. All claims for damaged items must be made with photo proof within 24 hours of receiving your order. It is critical that you open your order as soon as possible and notify us if there is any damage. No action will be taken if no claim for damage is made within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Under Supply of Products

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Damaged product

If your itappit card is damaged, you might be able to get a replacement. We provide replacement with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. If the itappit does not adhere well to a case or phone, you may be eligible for a replacement card rather than a refund.

5. Design error

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Compatibility

The card is compatible with all NFC enabled phones and the phones that does not have an NFC ,the QR code can be scanned .No refund or replacement is available if the client does not have an NFC phone .

 

6. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the replacement was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post your refund.

 

7. At iTappit, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality customized products. However, due to the nature of our customized products, we do not provide refunds. When a customer places an order for a customized product, our team gets to work on creating the one-of-a-kind design that the customer has requested. Because this process is time-consuming and labour-intensive, we are unable to provide refunds for these products.

 

8. Before placing an order for a customized product, we strongly advise customers to carefully review their order and design specifications.

Warranty

If your itappit card loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of your order being marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement
